Take Ames for a Test Drive

Ames claims are not readily accepted as hard savings or defensible savings.

Ames is based upon improvements in Aircraft availability, check yield, costs reductions and risks management. Savings based upon percentage improvements are met with skepticism. These claims tend to be discounted or doubted by finance or management. Also, work effectiveness and efficiency improvements are not considered “hard” savings.

Most Airlines view themselves as unique, and savings claimed by another carrier are not applicable to them.

In short, claims of improvements based upon “better” planning are difficult to validate and sell to management. A trial will demonstrate the validity of Omega’s claims and demonstrate the value of Ames to your organization. Six of our current clients have started with a trial or test period. Results of trials have always been favorable leading to an implementation of Ames. (A side benefit of a trial is that Ames is fully implemented by the end of the trial.)

Trial installations can be supported onsite or by telephone and email, and we can have you installed, setup, and running within 10 business days. We can also arrange for trials to occur with our hosted product so you never have to install anything on your own systems minimizing IT involvement.
