AMES Support

The Ames Suite includes a full featured support system to make implementation and maintenance easy with a minimal need for IT support. FastTrack allows for rapid data entry and Admin puts all the controls and configuration of the system into one application so that the administration of the system can be done by a planner or someone in the planning department. Utilities contains several specialized data maintenance utilities. Data Model extracts the Ames data model to make report writing and external database hookups and extractions easier. The Request Report System lets any Ames user send feedback, enhancement requests, or bug reports from any place within the Ames Suite. Finally AppMan puts an Ames toolbar on the desktop for easy access to all Ames functionality.

App Man Ames system toolbar, provides a common desktop entry point for running Ames apps. Admin Used to support and administer Ames Suite: User roles and profiles, system configuration, control, logging and monitoring of the Ames System

Utilities Perform ad-hoc operations on Ames data that are not common to the user process flow.
Data Model Description of the Ames data structures. Includes Table, Table definition, Entity-Relationship, DB Table definition and data fields definition.
